I took a rest day yesterday because I woke up with barely any energy at all. I worked for a little part of the day, read for most, and then crashed for 4 HOURS before dinner! So I jumped back on the bandwagon after work today and did day 10 of level one of the 30 day shred. Tomorrow is the first day of level two! Both terrified and excited. Hopefully my energy will return after one more long night of sleep sleep sleep.
